Frequently Asked Questions
About GOTCHU
-
What is Slow Heat?
Slow heat comes from our star ingredient, gochujang. Gochujang is a Korean red pepper paste made from dried red chilis and fermented soybeans. The fermentation process is what makes gochujang such a unique flavor and the mild, subtle heat lingers to bring you a flavor that you’ll never have experienced before. The flavor and the heat slowly creeps up on you and will surprise your tastebuds.
